Our office is in Falkirk town centre at 71 Manor Street.
The office is level access and therefore wheelchair accessible and accessible for anyone with walking difficulties.

First Bus services stop near to our office. The closest bus stop is located at Asda or Upper Newmarket Street.
Grahamston train station is located around 500 metres from our office.

Chargeable car parking is available at Howgate Shopping Centre which is within five minutes walking distance from our Manor Street office.
There is free parking available at Comely Place, which is less than 500 metres from our office, and further information is available on Falkirk Council’s website.
There are no facilities for bike parking outside PDSO Falkirk. You can view Falkirk Council’s green travel map or plan your journey using CycleStreets.
All visitors must report to Reception.
There is a buzzer at the main door.
If the fire alarm sounds a member of staff will immediately assist and escort you from the building.
We have an accessible toilet on the ground floor and accessible meeting rooms, with most of our door widths at a minimum of 800mm.
There are no lifts in our office.
Assistance dogs are welcome. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to make any special arrangements to help accommodate them.
A portable induction loop is available on request. Hearing aid users must turn their hearing aid to the “T” position to use the induction loops.
