The Dundee Office is located in a building with offices. There are three stairs from street level in to the foyer.
A ramp is available and can be arranged by calling the office for assistance.
The PDSO Office is on the first floor of the building and is accessed via four flights of stairs. There is also a lift available.

There are a number of bus services available and there is a bus stop just outside the entrance to our office, on Courthouse Square. You can find out the best route to take here.

Dundee train station at South Union Street, Dundee, DD1 4BY is around 0.6 of a mile away from the PDSO office.

The PDSO office does not offer any parking facilities.
There is on street parking on Ward Road which is time limited.
There are also two Disabled bays on Ward Road.
There are large car parks within a five minute walk from the office at West Bell Street and Willison Street.

There are no facilities for storing a bike.
All visitors can access the building and reach the PDSO office on the first floor where there is a security entry buzzer system in place.
If the fire alarm sounds you must leave the building immediately and gather at the corner of North Lindsay Street and Ward Road.
There is one lift available for use in the building, which is wide enough to accommodate a standard wheelchair.
Assistance dogs are welcome in our office. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to make any special arrangements to help accommodate them. We will have a bowl of water available for them.
Portable induction loops are available at Reception and in our meeting rooms for visitors. Hearing aid users must turn their hearing aid to the “T” position to use the induction loops.
