Our office is located in Aberdeen city centre at The Annexe, Migvie House, North Silver Street, AB10 1RJ.
The office is level access and therefore wheelchair accessible and accessible for anyone with walking difficulties. If arriving on foot, please be aware there are steps to access North Silver Street from Skene Terrace.
Information if you are getting to PDSO Aberdeen by bus, train, car and bike.
First Bus Aberdeen services 1, 1B, 2, 3, 3A, 11, 11A, 12, 13, 15, 15B, 17B, 18, 19, 23, 172 & X27 stop near to Aberdeen CLAO.
Stagecoach services, 7, 7A, 7B, 7S, 10, 10A, 10B and 10C, 14, 15A, 35, 37, 201, 218, 220, X7, X17 & X20 stop near to Aberdeen CLAO.
Aberdeen train station is located approx. 0.5 miles (approx. 800 metres) from the office.
We have limited parking spaces available directly outside the main entrance, which can be booked in advance by contacting the office. Priority will be given to people who would otherwise be unable to access appointments.
There is chargeable on-street parking located at nearby side streets, for example Huntly Street and Golden Square. There is an NCP car park on Skene Terrace close to the office, and further parking is available at Chapel Street Car Park and Denburn Car Park.
There are bike racks nearby, located at the end of North Silver Street.
All visitors must report to Reception. There is a buzzer at the main door.
Our office has accessible meeting rooms and an accessible toilet, available on the ground floor.
Please report to Reception when you arrive. If the fire alarm sounds (a continuously ringing bell) a member of staff will immediately escort you from the building.
Access to the reception area of our office is through double doors. We have an accessible toilet and access to most meeting rooms is through doors with a minimum of 800mm width.
Assistance dogs are welcome in our office. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to make any special arrangements to help accommodate them. We will have a bowl of water available for them.
Portable induction loops are also available from Reception on request. Hearing aid users must turn their hearing aid to the “T” position to use the induction loops.
