Intern (Grade 3) – PDSO Falkirk
Part time; fixed term (8 hours 45 minutes a week, approx)

Gain invaluable insight into criminal defence casework and the wider justice system with the chance to shadow experienced solicitors, support case preparation, and develop a solid foundation in legal practice.

Please note that there are specific educational requirements for eligibility to apply, and you need to be in one of the three below options for intern consideration.

  1. LLB in Scots Law and either currently studying for the Diploma in Legal Practice or passed the Diploma in Legal Practice (which remains valid considering Law Society of Scotland guidance, and the current period of validity is five years from 31 December of the year awarded)
  2. Currently in the second year of accelerated LLB (studying for any degree)
  3. Currently in the fourth year of LLB degree.
