Administrative Assistant (Grade 2) – PDSO Inverness
Full time; permanent

Reporting to the Network and Systems Coordinator to provide an efficient reception and administrative service within the business support function of our Client Legal Services.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reception and call handling
  • Using the case management system
  • Processing case documents including downloading, photocopying and scanning
  • Maintaining files and filing systems
  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail through various communications methods
  • Assisting the Network and Systems Coordinator with delegated tasks
  • Providing occasional typing assistance
  • Carrying out the above tasks for our other offices remotely or from one of our other locations as required
  • Other general office and administrative tasks as required.
